At The Perfect Pour, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Local (Ontario): 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Perfect Pour is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Perfect Pour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with a quality concern, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at info@theperfectpour.ca with your order number and photos. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
