Return & Refund Policy – The Perfect Pour

At The Perfect Pour, we truly care about your experience and want you to enjoy every order.

Because our products are food items, all sales are considered final, and we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed or delivered. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Damages & Quality Concerns

Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If something isn’t right—such as a product arriving damaged, or showing signs of a quality issue, please let us know within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

You can reach us at info@theperfectpour.ca with your order number and photos of your concerns, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges & Refunds

If a product issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly make it right by offering:

  • A replacement (exchange); or
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • We’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal taste preferences;
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused on our end; and
  • Requests sent after forty-eight (48) hours of delivery may not be eligible.
